  • Can I check out WordPress admin dashboard?

    Yes, please get in touch to receive the credentials.

  • Do DinoMatic themes support AMP?

    Yes, all DinoMatic themes come with built-in AMP support.

  • Do DinoMatic themes include any markup?

    Yes, Akurai and Spinoko include review/ratings and FAQs markups. Akurai includes breadcrumbs markup as well.

    Kemoku plugin has the review markup built-in as well.

  • Can I use Elementor with DinoMatic themes?

    No, DinoMatic themes support standard WP blocks, and no other 3rd party page builder, including Elementor, is supported.

  • Can I use my theme/plugin on more than one website?

    Yes, you can use them on as many websites as you wish, all themes and plugins both free and paid (except DinOdds). Terms apply.

    DinOdds is a subscription based plugin and for each website you need a separate subscription.

  • How can I update my theme/plugin?

    When a new version of a theme/plugin is available, you will see it in your WordPress dashboard (in most cases I'll send you an email about it) and you can update it with just one click. You don't have to download it and upload to your server for every update.

  • How can I import demo content into my website?

    You can download .xml files with demo contents for every theme you own from your DinoMatic account and import them to your website following these instructions.

  • Can I download a child theme?

    Yes, in your DinoMatic account for each theme you own you will find a Child Theme button to download the child theme. Learn more about creating WP child themes.

  • When will my license expire?

    If you purchase a Yearly package, your license will expire in a year after the purchase date. In case of LifeTime purchases, licenses do not expire.

  • What happens when my license expires?

    When your license expires you can continue using the theme/plugin for as long as you wish, however, you won't be able to update to the latest version and get the latest features and security updates.

  • How much do renewals cost?

    It depends on the product, check out product pages for their prices. Usually renewal price is about 20% less than the purchase price of the same product.

  • How can I renew my purchase?

    To renew your purchase, visit your account, find the expired/expiring product and click the Renew button. It'll open a popup where you can make your purchase and extend your license expiration date.

    * If you renew it sooner than the expiration date, you will NOT lose any of your remaining days.

  • Do you offer product bundles?

    Yes, there are several bundles available, check them out here

  • Can I request a refund?

    If you are unhappy with your purchase and you have an issue that can't be solved and it makes DinoMatic products unusable for you, you may ask for a refund. Read more

  • What payment methods are available?

    You can make a payment using a credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and cryptocurrencies.

  • Do you accept BTC or other cryptocurrency payments?

    Yes, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Monero, Zcash, Dash and other currencies are accepted.

  • Can I request an invoice?

    Absolutely, for every purchase you will be emailed a link to your invoice where you can (optionally) add your VAT data and download the invoice in PDF format.

  • Do I have to create an account at

    Yes, you need an account to be able to download products as well as receive continuous feature and security updates.

  • I haven't received account verification email, what can I do?

    1. Make sure you have entered the correct email address.
    2. Make sure to check your Spam mailbox, emails may end up there sometimes.
    3. Get in touch and I'll check it for you.
